1. Introduction

Welcome to MLBoot. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration, participation, and use of the MLBoot website and services. By registering for MLBoot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for the Program.

2. About MLBoot

MLBoot is a live, instructor-led machine learning bootcamp designed to help participants build practical machine learning skills through structured learning, guided projects, and hands-on implementation.

The Program is intended solely for educational purposes.

Participants who successfully complete the Program and satisfy any attendance or completion requirements communicated by MLBoot may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by MLBoot.

This certificate acknowledges successful participation in the Program. It is not a government-recognized qualification, academic degree, professional certification, or guarantee of employment, internship opportunities, admissions, salary increases, or career outcomes.

3. Registration

Registration is considered complete only after:

  • submission of the registration form,
  • successful payment of the applicable registration fee,
  • verification of the payment by the MLBoot team.

Submitting the registration form alone does not reserve or confirm a seat.

MLBoot reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel any registration if:

  • payment cannot be verified,
  • incorrect or misleading information has been submitted,
  • fraudulent activity is suspected,
  • the participant violates these Terms.

4. Limited Seats

MLBoot is conducted with a limited number of seats.

Seats are allocated on successful payment verification and availability.

Once the available capacity has been reached, further registrations may not be accepted.

5. Registration Fee

The applicable registration fee is displayed on the official MLBoot website.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the registration fee includes participation in the bootcamp and any resources specifically provided as part of the Program.

Participants remain responsible for their own internet connection, computing device, software installations, and any other personal requirements needed to attend the Program.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • provide accurate registration information,
  • maintain respectful behaviour throughout the Program,
  • follow instructions provided by instructors and organizers,

7. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, presentations, documentation, source code, assignments, graphics, branding, recordings, templates, and other content provided by MLBoot remain the intellectual property of MLBoot unless otherwise stated.

Participants may use these materials only for their own learning.

Participants may not:

  • redistribute course materials,
  • publicly upload recordings,
  • sell or reproduce course content,
  • use MLBoot branding without permission.

8. Communications

By registering, participants agree to receive communications relating to the Program, including:

  • registration confirmation,

Detailed event schedules, joining links, session timings, and other logistical information will be shared with registered participants through their registered email address after registrations have concluded.

9. Changes to the Program

MLBoot reserves the right to modify:

  • instructors,
  • session schedule,

where reasonably necessary.

Participants will be informed of significant changes through their registered email.

10. Cancellation

If unforeseen circumstances require MLBoot to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Program, registered participants will be informed promptly.

Appropriate arrangements, including rescheduling or other suitable resolutions, will be communicated where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

MLBoot shall not be responsible for:

  • participant internet issues,
